12. How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry to see you go. But alas, no relationship is forever. To cancel, visit your My Account page to go through the cancellation process. We're always trying improve our site and service, and your feedback is important to us.

Cancellations are subject to the Service Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

• Subscriber may cancel online anytime.
• Cancellations take effect immediately. No refunds or credits will be given for partial months of use.

If you wish to cancel only the VOD service but keep using your rental plan, you may do so by updating your account via your My Account page. Instead of using the 'Cancel My Account' link use the 'Update My Plan' link.
