Terms and Conditions: MaleBoxDVD Gift Certificates

• Gift Subscriptions must be redeemed through the MaleBoxDVD Web site, http://www.MaleBoxDVD.com, toward the purchase of a rental subscription.
  
• Gift Subscriptions are one-time transferable subscriptions.
  
• Gift Subscriptions must be transferred within one (1) year after date of issue.
  
• To transfer the Gift Subscription, the original purchaser ("Purchaser") shall provide the subscription recipient ("Recipient") with the MaleBoxDVD Gift Subscription transfer code provided on the gift subscription. Upon entry of the transfer code and registration, the Gift Subscription will be transferred to Recipient and activated.
  
• Gift subscriptions may not be redeemed for the purchase of products or subscriptions from third-party sellers.
  
• If you are an existing MaleBoxDVD customer that is redeeming a gift certificate subscription, the dollar value of the gift certificate subscription will be applied to your account.
  
• MaleBoxDVD is not responsible for fulfilling any Gift Subscription if not timely activated by the Recipient or if MaleBoxDVD is unable to reach the Purchaser using the e-mail address associated with Purchaser's registration at MaleBoxDVD and/or the billing address submitted with the Gift Subscription purchase.
  
• Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. The original expiration date will apply to any unused balance.
  
• MaleBoxDVD is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please MaleBoxDVD through our online help department at http://www.maleboxdvd.com/ContactList.aspx.
  
• MaleBoxDVD will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift subscriptions is redeemed.
  
• Gift Subscriptions cannot be combined with any other special offers. Any other MaleBoxDVD promotion does not apply to gift subscription purchase.
  
• Recipients will need a valid credit card to activate their membership.
  
• During the Gift Subscription period, the subscriber (Recipient or Purchaser, as applicable) will not be charged as long as the subscriber is on the originally selected plan and does not upgrade their MaleBoxDVD account. MaleBoxDVD will begin to bill the subscriber's credit card for monthly subscription fees plus applicable sales tax at the completion of the gift subscription period unless the subscriber cancels prior to the end of the period. MaleBoxDVD's rental membership program is a month-to-month subscription cancelable at anytime. No refund or credits for partial periods.
  
• For existing MaleBoxDVD members who are redeeming a gift certificate subscription, the dollar value of the gift certificate subscription will be applied to the existing member account.
  
• Gift Subscriptions and their use are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
  
• MaleBoxDVD reserves the right to change the Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion.
